Customers may cancel their bookings within the following time frames:
• Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the service or event will be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service or event will not be eligible for a refund.
• In certain cases, where a deposit has been paid, the deposit may be non-refundable depending on the nature of the service or product.
To cancel a service or booking, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at cancellations@goda-burundi.com with your booking reference and reason for cancellation.
2. Our customer service team will review your request and confirm whether your cancellation is eligible for a refund based on the terms of this policy.
3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Some services and events may be subject to specific cancellation terms that differ from those mentioned in this policy. In such cases, the specific terms will be communicated during the booking process and will take precedence over this general policy.
Customers who wish to modify their bookings must contact us at least 48 hours before the service or event. Changes to the booking, including the date or details of the service, will be subject to availability.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel a service or event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, artist unavailability, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued. Alternatively, customers may choose to reschedule the service or event at no additional cost.
If a customer fails to attend or utilize the service or event without prior notice, the booking will be considered a "no-show" and will not be eligible for a refund.
Galerie Des Objets D’art Africain reserves the right to update this Cancellations Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
