• Items must be returned in their original condition, without damage or signs of use, and with all original packaging and documentation.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded.
• Digital products or downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed.
• To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at help@goda-burundi.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
• Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
• If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage or issue.
• We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
