At Galerie Des Objets D’art Africain, we are dedicated to ensuring the safe delivery of your purchased items. This Delivery and Package Protection Policy outlines the delivery process, associated fees, timelines, and the measures we take to protect your packages.
We charge a flat delivery fee of 50 USD for all orders. This fee covers the safe transportation and handling of your items to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
We aim to deliver your items within the following timelines:
• Domestic (within Burundi) - 3 to 5 business days
• East African Community (EAC) - 5 to 10 business days
• International - 10 to 15 business days, depending on the destination
Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary based on factors such as customs clearance and external shipping delays.
We take extra care to ensure that all packages are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Our package protection measures include:
• Use of sturdy packaging materials;
• Insurance coverage for valuable items; and
• Tracking information provided for all shipments.
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Customers must report any damage or loss within 7 days of receiving the item.
